■ 送料について
●国内発送
福山通運、西濃運輸、日本郵便：普通便・ゆうパック
・送料は全国一律1件へのお届けにつき486円（税込）となっております。
・なお、お買い物金額10,800円（税込）以上の場合は送料無料となります。
・離島は一部別途料金がかかることがございます。
※商品代引きの場合、運送会社は西濃運輸、または日本郵便となります。
●海外発送
EMS：国際スピード郵便
海外発送をご希望の方は、必ずこちらの配送方法をご利用ください。
送料は商品の重量や大きさ、配送先の地域によって変わります。
お客様には実際にかかる送料の半額をご負担いただきます（半額は弊社が負担いたします）。

※決済はクレジット決済のみとなります。送料などが変わってまいりますので、ご注文内容を確認後に送料を確定し、一度メールでご連絡いたします。

海外発送について/About the overseas shipment
弊社商品販売は基本的には日本国内のお客様を対象にしておりますが、海外への発送も承っております。
海外発送につきましては、発送方法及び決済方法に制限がございます。
・発送方法はEMS(国際スピード郵便)のみとさせていただきます。
・お支払い方法はオンラインクレジット決済のみとなります。

※ご購入をキャンセルされる場合は、確認メール内に記載されています期限までに必ず弊社までメールまたはお電話にてご連絡ください。期限を過ぎますとキャンセルできなくなりますのでくれぐれもご注意ください。
※お客様のクレジットカードのご利用状況次第では、送料を追加した金額でご請求できない場合がございます。その場合はご注文をキャンセルさせていただきますので、ご了承ください（メールまたはお電話にてご連絡いたします）。

弊社からお送りするメールは日本語になりますので、お使いのパソコンに予め「日本語フォント」をインストールしておいてください。
・海外への発送手順
- 指定の配送方法及び決済方法を選んで、商品をご購入ください。
- ご注文内容を確認後、送料を含めたお支払総額をメールにてご連絡いたします。
- 内容をご確認後、最終的な注文確定の是非を期限内にメールまたはお電話にてご連絡ください。
※ご注文のキャンセルをご希望の場合は、必ず期限までにご連絡ください。 - ご注文確定の連絡確認後、商品を発送いたします。
- 発送後、ご連絡とともにEMSの伝票番号、お荷物追跡のURLをお知らせいたします。
※お届けまでの日数は国、地域によって異なります。 - お客様のお手元に商品をお届けいたします。
About the overseas shipment
Generally, our shop's delivery target that we sell our goods is in Japan, but in a case of request for customer, we can deliver for overseas.
For overseas shipment, there are some limitation for delivery and payment method.
[Shipping method] Use EMS (Shipping Articles by Express Mail Service) provide by Japan Post Service.
[Payment method] Use online credit payment only.
Attention about shipment
For overseas shipment, we use "EMS" delivery service. The expenses of carriage is required. Please pay only half of actual expenses of the carriage (the rest of this bear by our shop).

Some country and region cannot provide EMS service.

After making a purchase completed, we check your order, and calculate the exact carriage in consideration of the weight of the goods.
We will inform you of a total amount payable including the carriage with the confirmation mail after fixing the carriage.
Please inform our shop of right or wrong of final order fixation by E-mail or the telephone by the time limit after confirming the content of mail.
After the confirmation mail arrives, if you cannot convince of paying total amount including the carriage of the budget, or not suit, we can accept the cancellation of purchase.
[Caution] If you want to cancel your purchase, you must tell us by e-mail or telephone calling by the time limit that has been described in the confirmation mail. When you pass the time limit. you cannot the purchase cancellation.
[Attention] Under the conditions of statement of your credit card, some cases may have occurred that we aren't able to bill total amount in addition to the carriage. In this case, we cannot accept your order, manage as cancellation. (inform you by e-mail or telephone call.)
[Caution] You are not able to cancel the order after shipment started.
Attention about payment
Payment method is online credit payment only. If either of VISA and MASTER, JCB or AMEX logo is attached, the credit card can be used regardless of the consumer credit industry that issues it.
Attention about e-mail
Our sending e-mail is written in Japanese so that please install "Japanese font" for your PC's.
Shipment flow for overseas
- Please buy the goods by a specified delivery and the payment method.
- After checking your order, we send the e-mail printed a total amount payable including the carriage.
- Please inform our shop of right or wrong of final order fixation by E-mail or the telephone by the time limit after confirming the content of mail.
Please contact me by the limit time if you want to cancel your order. - we will ship the goods when we received your payment agreement.
- I will inform you of the ship number for EMS and URL of the luggage pursuit with the report after it sends it out.
